DO YOU HAVE TROUBLES LEARNING?

Does Your Child Struggle with Learning Difficulties?

With Neurofeedback, Every Child Can Learn

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a condition that begins in early childhood. Do you have a child  with symptoms of inattention, impulsivity, hyperactivity and/or the inability to control one's own behavior? ADHD affects between 3 and 5 percent of children.   Children with ADHD may have difficulty at school, at home and in social settings.

Are you worried about your child being on medication for  ADHD or other mainstream medical practices? Is your child not achieving his or her potential in school or extracurricular activities? If so, then Neurofeedback may be for your child!

Unfortunately, society has labeled virtually all attention problems as ADD or ADHD. Having these kinds of labels can limit us to believe a certain objective is beyond our reach. It may also lead others to limit opportunities because they may believe that a person diagnosed with ADHD may not be able to complete certain tasks or fulfill a specific role.

An individual diagnosed with ADHD may experience their mind wandering frequently, drifting off to a noise outside, or swing their legs an wiggling in their chair while in the middle of an important conversation. The brain simply does not have the neurons firing with sufficient strength to maintain focus.

With Neurofeedback our goal is to have the client’s brain come into a deep state of relaxation. When the brain relaxes it can reset itself and heal itself. It then has an opportunity to function at its peak performance and allow the brain to remove or reduce many of the symptoms that your child faces.

Why Neurofeedback Works for Children

It is a fact that children are one-third of our population but all of our future. We are proud to say that approximately 30% of our clients are children. We offer a warm and friendly environment to ensure clients and their families enjoy a comfortable experience. When we follow-up up with parents we see that Neurofeedback has improved the lives and futures of their children. Parents often comment that this would not have been possible had they not taken a chance with Brain Awakening.

It is becoming clear that for most children, the traditional mainstream medical interventions do not have impressive results in helping with these labels.

At Brain Awakening we have had many clients report improvements in many of the areas that they struggle in. It doesn’t matter what the “label” is; the concern is the same: the brainwaves are out of balance.
