NEUROFEEDBACK SESSIONS
At Brain Awakening, I take an individualized approach to neurofeedback, working with your unique brainwave patterns rather than assuming that the same approach works for everyone.
Whether you're new to the process or returning for additional sessions, we'll start by understanding where you are today and what you're hoping to achieve.
1. Brain Evaluation
A starting point for understanding your individual brain patterns
Your Brain Evaluation provides a 20-point visual snapshot of activity across key areas of your brain.
Sensors are placed at different locations on your head to record brainwave activity. The information is then used to create a visual report, which I'll walk you through and explain in everyday language.
The evaluation provides a starting point for your Brain Awakening experience. After reviewing the information, you can decide whether you'd like to continue with sessions.

2. Primary Foundation Series
Seven sessions to experience the process more fully
Following your Brain Evaluation, the Primary Foundation Series provides more time to work with your individual brain patterns through neurofeedback.
During each session, sensors detect your brainwave activity while you relax and listen to auditory feedback through headphones. You don't need to concentrate on a task or consciously try to change your brain activity.
The series consists of seven two-hour sessions, generally completed over several days depending on your schedule.
Everyone's experience is different. The series gives you an opportunity to experience the process over time and observe how you respond.
Primary Foundation Series — $1,700
7 sessions, 2 hours each

3. Tune-Up Sessions
For returning clients
If you've already completed your Primary Foundation Series, you may choose to return for an additional session when it feels appropriate for you.
A Tune-Up Session follows the same basic process, giving you another opportunity to work with the auditory feedback.
There's no set schedule for returning. Some clients choose to come back occasionally, while others feel they've completed what they were looking for.
Tune-Up Session — $250
Individual session for clients who have completed their Primary Foundation Series.
